Meet Annie,
your AI receptionist.
Annie is being trained to handle contractor calls, texts, lead qualification, scheduling, customer questions, follow-up, and call routing. Availability is limited while we complete real-world testing and quality controls. Today she runs on one of our own numbers and our office inbox, with a person in the loop — not yet answering unsupervised.
What Annie is being trained to do
The front desk
that never steps away.
The practical details
What does Annie cost?
Pricing is based on communication volume: a monthly platform fee plus usage (minutes, texts, phone numbers) and setup. Pilot participants get exact numbers in writing before anything is billed — and pilot pricing is locked for early-access companies.
What does setup require?
A phone number (new, or forwarded from your existing line), your calendar connections, your routing rules (who gets what kind of call, and their backups), and your company knowledge base — we build that with you during onboarding.
What are the quality expectations?
During pilot: every call is logged and reviewable, escalation to a human is always available, and we tune qualification and routing against your real call traffic before expanding her responsibilities.
How does Annie work with Albert?
They're separate AI employees. When Annie is enabled, Albert monitors communication performance — answer rates, booking rates, follow-up status — and includes it in your executive briefing.
When will Annie be generally available?
When she's earned it. She graduates from private pilot when her numbers on real contractor call traffic meet our quality bar — early-access companies are first in line.
