Contractor AI Office / Compare / JobNimbus
Where most roofing companies already live — and the one fact about it worth knowing.
JobNimbus has been built around roofing workflow for a long time and it shows. If what you need is a solid roofing CRM — jobs, contacts, documents, a pipeline your team already knows — and your office is keeping up fine, JobNimbus does that job and thousands of roofing companies run on it happily.
Where contractors come to us instead: when the office isn't keeping up, and the answer keeps being "hire someone."

The difference a roadmap can't close
This is the honest difference and it has nothing to do with features. JobNimbus gives your team a better place to put things. We give your team members who don't exist yet.
If you're doing six million with three people in the office, the constraint isn't organisation — it's hours. Albert reads the whole operation every morning and tells you the three things that need you. Victor keeps production moving without waiting for your approval. Annie answers at 8:40 on a Sunday. None of those are places to store a job.
The second difference is structural. JobNimbus took a $330 million investment from Sumeru Equity Partners — announced on Sumeru’s own site — to, in their words, “create a clear category leader.” That is a completely legitimate strategy and a well-funded one. It is simply a different answer to the same question, and you should pick the one that matches what you want your company to be in ten years.
Migration
Check your contract first. If you're on an annual term there will be notice requirements — read them before you plan anything, and don't let anyone rush you past them.
We'll do the migration at no charge. Customers, jobs, estimates, photos and history come across. Custom fields and some configuration need rebuilding — we'll tell you which before you commit, not after.
This is the same advice we'd give you if you were moving to somebody else entirely.
Five minutes, your real numbers, no email required to see the result.
