Contractor AI Office / Compare / ServiceTitan
The biggest platform in the trades, compared honestly — including the part where you should buy theirs.
If you run forty or more technicians on dispatch-heavy service work, with a real operations team and someone whose actual job is administering software, ServiceTitan is a deeper product than ours and you should buy it. It's the most complete platform in the trades, it's been built for over a decade, and the companies that make it work get a lot out of it.
We're built for a different company: three to thirty million, no ops department, nobody whose job is software, and an owner who is still the bottleneck. If that's not you, close this page.

The difference a roadmap can't close
Features move. Prices move. What doesn't move is who a company is built to please.
ServiceTitan is a public company serving around 10,800 customers, including a large book of private-equity-backed platforms, and it sells to those firms on a page headlined "The Exit Advantage with ServiceTitan" — promising to pave "the way for lucrative exits" for portfolio companies. That's a legitimate business and we're not criticising it.
But it means the product gets designed around portfolio reporting, multi-location standardisation and a clean exit. Ours gets designed around one owner's Monday. Most weeks those are the same thing. The weeks they aren't are the weeks you notice.
Migration
Check your contract first. If you're on an annual term there will be notice requirements — read them before you plan anything, and don't let anyone rush you past them.
We'll do the migration at no charge. Customers, jobs, estimates, photos and history come across. Custom fields and some configuration need rebuilding — we'll tell you which before you commit, not after.
This is the same advice we'd give you if you were moving to somebody else entirely.
Five minutes, your real numbers, no email required to see the result.
